GUIDING YOU TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM
Corporate Retirement Plans
For business owners, time is the most valuable asset as they seek to ensure efficient operation and growth of their companies. Retirement plans have become more and more essential to a successful company but often remain overlooked due to time constraints. The Sommersberger Group specializes in retirement plan consulting and partners with businesses throughout Wisconsin to help deliver a customized plan designed to save time and money.
If you are considering a retirement plan for your business, it is important to first understand the different options available in order to select a plan design that best fits your business needs. In addition, Congress has implemented new legislation over the last decade that assigns new fiduciary responsibilities to plan sponsors and requires them to act prudently and in the best interest of their plan participants. This has left many businesses open to litigation if they fail to effectively monitor their plans.
By leveraging the Sommersberger Group’s expertise, your business can manage these responsibilities and reduce risk by implementing a plan that is designed to:
- Align with overall business goals
- Fulfill fiduciary responsibilities
- Attract and retain talented employees
- Maximize available investment options
- Educate participants with due diligence reviews
- Successfully set employees on course to retire
Whether you are interested in starting a new plan or searching for potential opportunities to maximize your existing one, please feel free to contact our team to schedule an introductory conversation.
